Restore, Reconnect, Renew
At Trillium Wellness, medication management is one part of a much larger approach to healing, never the whole plan on its own. Our psychiatric providers in Tennessee work closely with your therapy team to build a medication plan that reflects your specific symptoms, history, and goals, integrated with the therapeutic and holistic care you’re receiving alongside it.
Helping People in Need
Before recommending a treatment plan, we use brain mapping to help our clinical team better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. This tool supports more individualized, informed decisions about your care, helping us move beyond guesswork toward a plan built around your specific needs.
Our Program
Start Your Treatment
Medication management at Trillium doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s woven into the same treatment plan as your therapy, nature-based programming, and holistic care, because we believe healing works best when every part of your care is working in the same direction.
Passion + Principles
Many of the clients who come to Trillium have tried multiple medications without relief, or have never had a provider take the time to fully understand their situation before prescribing. We believe getting this right takes time, curiosity, and a willingness to look at the whole person, not just a diagnosis code.
Personalized Medication Management
When clinically appropriate, Trillium Wellness Center offers pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing to provide additional insight into how a client’s genetics may affect medication metabolism and response. This simple test looks at specific genes involved in processing certain psychiatric medications. It can help identify whether a client may metabolize a medication faster or slower than average. PGx testing does not identify a single “correct” or guaranteed medication, and it is not a replacement for clinical judgment. Instead, it serves as one additional tool. Combined with a client’s symptoms, medical history, and previous medication experiences, it helps our providers make more informed, individualized decisions about medication selection and dosing.
About Trillium Wellness
Trillium Wellness is a residential mental health program built around a simple belief: healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
We named our program after the trillium, a quiet, three-petaled wildflower that grows low to the forest floor and returns, faithfully, season after season. Like the flower, our care is rooted in three guiding principles: restore, reconnect, and renew.

Not necessarily. Medication is recommended only when clinically appropriate, and you’ll be part of that decision-making process every step of the way.
